gr8 service offered by costumer care. actually i had
lost my sim somehow in other state and was totally confused with
documents and retaing the number again. when i went there,,,
i got my sim without attaching a single document...by showing my iD .i got a new sim instantly with activation within 4 hrs.. was a good experience
